Q: Can you introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about how you became a manifestation coach?

Like many high-achievers out there, I walk the skinny tightrope between refusing to settle & being immensely present & grateful for my life. Because of that, my vision for my life is constantly expanding and I have to create new realities on the reg. 

I found that when life is good, sometimes the hardest part can be imagining how it can feel better.  Because it’s not about the achievements. It’s about the way life feels. 

I was working as a CFO consultant for small businesses when I realized something felt off…I’d outgrown the position. When usually quitting might give me anxiety, I had just discovered manifestation journaling and the fact that I could use it to write my way to a new identity – to becoming a woman who gets what she wants : the jobs, the money, the business, the freedom, the provider partner… 

That year, I manifested not one, but two 6 figure jobs, and 6 clients into my business. The next year, I manifested my life partner 3 months after a break up and many hours in my journal. 

After feeling more fulfilled & screaming-from-the-rooftops confidence, I knew this had to be shared. And so the Ultimate, a manifestation journal was born.

Q: Can you explain the concept of manifestation/ law of attraction in simple terms for those who may be unfamiliar with it?

Your reality reflects back to you what it is you believe to be true. If you believe everywhere you go people love you, you’ll find people on the street saying you’re so easy to connect with & they feel like they’ve known you forever (yes, it’s happened to me). If you believe life sucks, well, it will. 

Manifestation journaling is the idea that your feelings create your beliefs. Cultivating & getting comfy, cozy with the feelings that you think the “things” you’re manifesting will bring you, is what actually brings them to you.  Feel it, create it.

MVS Take: The first time I learned about manifesting it was from a coach of mine, Jess Haley, who was mentoring me during the season that I launched Momentum. She said it this way – becoming a master manifester requires mastering your feelings. 

Q: What is the difference between manifesting and traditional goal setting?

Goal setting is logical, left brained, metrics oriented, masculine. It locks you into something usually tangible, linear and predictable. It doesn’t allow you to be surprised & delighted by the beautiful world we live in!

Manifesting is everything that happens in between you reaching your goals. It’s the unspoken magic that encompasses the essence of who you are on your journey to getting the things you want. It’s the intricacies of what happens after setting your goal and receiving the benefits you think you’re going to get from that goal. Living in this place, opens you up to greater possibilities than traditional goal setting allows for.

Q: What would you say to the ambitious women reading this that are skeptical about how effective manifesting is vs. just working hard like they’re used to?

If you believe you need to work hard to succeed, that is what you will experience. 

Imagine…you wake up, your love hands you a cup of your favorite coffee after you finish making love, your phone buzzes with “you got paid” notifications from your passive income offer, you hug your loved ones, get a massage, clickity clack on the computer for a bit, and spend your day how you like. How incredible would that feel??

The more you can tap into the feelings of ease, flow, freedom, the more naturally you will create that & live from that place. 

Everyone talks about trauma being stored in the body. Our body stores way more than that. No one talks about how to use the body when manifesting (ok maybe sex magic does). 

If you’re feeling burnt out, know there’s another way…but it won’t work unless you believe it will and know how that feels.

MVS Take: Honestly, I was this girl. I had no idea what manifestation even was until March of 2021, and the first time someone explained it to me – I was skeptical AF. My whole life I simply worked hard for what I wanted and didn’t stop until I got it, and it had served me. Surrendering to the idea that I don’t have to work to the brink of burnout and learning to surrender to a softer, more feminine way of getting what I desire was wildly unfamiliar, but I’m so thankful I remained open to it.

Q: Are there any specific rituals or practices that you recommend for entrepreneurs who want to harness the power of manifestation for their business success?

Yes! Manifestation journaling. This is the practice I used to manifest my dream life and I still use it to this day. 

It’s less so about the practice and more so you find something that works for you. When I found the practice in the ultimate, that was it, everything started clicking for me which is why I love sharing this practice!

Q: What are some roadblocks that entrepreneurs might face when manifesting their dream business? And how can they overcome them?

The biggest roadblock to manifesting anything is not dreaming big enough.

When things aren’t happening it’s a matter of feelings & beliefs. Either you don’t actually want it, don’t believe it can be possible for you, or your body isn’t on board. If reprogramming your subconscious mind isn’t working it’s because your body isn’t with it! 

By learning how to use your body to power your manifestations, you will find that your reality starts to conform & whatever your manifesting will start to land.

Q: What are some common mistakes that entrepreneurs often make when first applying the law of attraction to their business success?

My biggest mistake as a business owner (and the mistake many entrepreneurs make) with the law of attraction was not knowing the feelings, thoughts and beliefs that would truly expand me & my business. We can’t attract what we can’t dream of or understand on some level. 

So I spent so much money putting myself in the room with people who had 7-8 figure  businesses just to understand how they think and see the world. Because seeing how they move, think and be was something I can play with.

Many business owners fall into the same trap and end up paying hundreds of thousands of dollars just to get in someone’s energy. 

My work here is to make new levels of success accessible by sharing the ONE thing to understand when it comes to reality creation. My vision is more women, more business owners, making massive amounts of passive income sharing their gifts, spending their days how they want, growing beautiful little humans and not having to spend a fortune to learn how to get there. 

Q: Are there any specific affirmations that entrepreneurs can use to reinforce their belief in the manifestation of their dream business? How can they create personalized affirmations that resonate with their goals?

Absolutely! Here’s an excerpt from The Ultimate:

When clients join my things, they experience massive success, their highest cash months, more joy in their relationships, and the people around them & their communities thrive. Everyone in my world is thriving, flourishing and inspiring me. I fully outsource ideation to the universe and it never lets me down. Ideas flow to me when I’m doing my favorite things or even when I’m doing nothing at all. I am massively compensated for my devotion to myself and to service. Making money feels fun & easy – I make money in my sleep.

If you want to create personalized affirmations that resonate with your goals, you want to tap into the feelings those goals will give you and start there. Live in those feelings – feel it, create it. 

MVS Take: One of my favorite affirmations from The Ultimate, that I use daily in my morning routine is included in this excerpt: “Everyone in my world is thriving, flourishing and inspiring me.” It helps me ground into the feeling that I want my business to not only be successful but make a meaningful impact. Hold on to any of the affirmations included in this excerpt and allow it to expand your capacity for what’s possible and you’ll be well on your way.

Q: What’s your #1 piece of advice for women who are interested in practicing manifestation?

Get so familiar with your feelings. The more you can tap into the feelings of where you want to be, the more you’ll attract that and create that. There’s nothing more powerful than your feelings.
